In April, Northern Ireland CFPNI teen groups come together for intensive two-day workshops
that focuses on team building and addressing some very sensitive issues, like religion
and Northern Ireland culture. Throughout the weekend, coordinators observe teen pairs to
make sure the matches are working out, and they also give teens the opportunity to talk
one-on-one with their coordinators to discuss any concerns.
