The four teens staying in the Roanoke, VA area did a few group activities.
They visited our local Sherrif's Department, attended church services,
enjoyed a waterpark, went to a Scottish Society dinner and had welcome
and farewell cookouts at the coordinators home. For their group
community service project they helped entertain children from the local
homeless shelter for a day. Both families did other activities with their
teens as well. I guess you could say they were pretty busy during their visit
to America!
